Besa Gjonbalaj

Besa Gjonbalaj is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in management and project development. Currently serving as the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Project Manager at Rrota since November 2021, Besa has previously held roles such as Business Development Associate at Keshif and Project Development Officer at MDA. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the 4th President of Kosovo and various internships in reputable organizations. Besa holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Masaryk University Brno and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics & Statistics and Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology.
