Madhu Narayanasamy

Madhu Narayanasamy has extensive experience in the field of engineering and transportation planning. Madhu is currently serving as the Vice President at RRP Consulting Engineers LLC since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for operations, strategy, and growth of the company.

From 2006 to 2021, Madhu worked at CDM Smith, starting as a Senior Transportation Planner and later progressing to the role of Principal, Portfolio Leader - Transportation Services. During their time at CDM Smith, Madhu successfully managed various transportation projects, led business development efforts, and mentored staff and subcontractors. Madhu played a key role in expanding transportation sales and staff, as well as developing successful solutions for numerous state, regional, and local agencies.

Prior to joining CDM Smith, Madhu worked as a Research Assistant at the Texas Transportation Institute and as an Urban Planner at the City of El Paso. Madhu also has experience as an Architect at Pondy Auro Service Pvt Ltd, where they led various design and construction projects.

Madhu Narayanasamy completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree at Thiagarajar College of Engineering from 1997 to 2002. From 2004 to 2006, Madhu pursued a Master's degree in Transportation Planning at Texas A&M University. In 2009, Madhu obtained the AICP certification from the American Planning Association. In 2019, Madhu completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification offered by the Project Management Institute.
