Matthew Corcoran has extensive experience in training and management roles, with a background in customer service and sales. Currently working as a Specialist Manager at Emerald Contact Centre (ECC), Matthew previously held roles as a Training Manager at RS Connect and Trainer at Tech Mahindra and Intellicom. Matthew has a strong focus on induction training, cross training, and ensuring reliability in training programs.
