Abrahim Arabi (Abe)

Abrahim 'Abe' Arabi has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Abrahim 'Abe' is currently the Director of Operations at RS Technologies Inc. Prior to that, they worked at ZF Group, where they served as the Plant Manager for ZF Composites North America Limited and the Operations Manager for ZF Automotive Canada Limited. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing operations, safety, quality, production, shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance, and planning. Abrahim 'Abe' also led launch activities for new programs, represented the company in contract negotiations, and directed key performance indicators and risk management. Before joining ZF Group, Abrahim worked at PTI-QCS as the Manager of the Quality Services Division and as a Program Manager. In these roles, they oversaw quality services for US operations, achieved certification by GM for training and auditing GM suppliers, and provided launch services and support for vehicle retrofitting and sorting. Abrahim's earlier experience includes roles at Chrysler Windsor Assembly Plant, where they held positions such as Quality Control Pillar Lead, Quality Control Manager, Process Reliability Manager, Quality Engineer, WCM Specialist, and Production Supervisor. In these roles, they managed QC systems, oversaw inspection and pre-delivery functions, led quality metrics in various divisions, resolved issues related to wind noise and water leaks, and supervised production teams. Overall, Abrahim 'Abe' Arabi has a proven track record in directing operations, improving organizational structures, driving quality initiatives, and achieving business objectives.

Abrahim 'Abe' Arabi completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in General Science at the University of Windsor from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science Co-op degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completing it from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Abe Arabi has obtained several certifications in various fields such as corporate finance foundations, strategic planning foundations, managerial accounting, executive presence, self-motivation, supply chain foundations, business process improvement, executive leadership, difficult conversations for managers, and time management fundamentals. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in the months of April to August 2022.
