Florentina Lisandru

Florentina Lisandru is an experienced professional with a robust background in project implementation, support, and business analysis at RS2 Software plc since April 2006. Currently serving as Team Leader, Florentina interfaces between the company and external organizations, manages technical requirements, translates business needs into functional specifications, and oversees support requests and incident resolutions. With prior experience as a Programmer at UTI GRUP and a Research Assistant at Universitatea „Politehnica” din București, Florentina has honed skills in software development, teamwork, and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the London School of Business and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Bucharest. Ongoing studies at the University of Nicosia further contribute to Florentina's professional growth.
