Alexandra has worked at both RSA and QBE Insurance as a Team Leader, overseeing employee management, capacity planning, workflow management, and facilitating learning teams. Alexandra is highly skilled in building strong stakeholder relationships and has been personally selected and graduated from an in-house Development program. Alexandra is also proficient in quality audits and driving improvements in net promoter scores.
