Phil McDowell

Phil McDowell possesses extensive experience in strategic relationship management and consulting within the global network sector. Currently serving as Global Network Strategic Relationship Manager and previously as Global Network Consultant at RSA since November 2016, Phil has developed strong expertise in fostering international business relationships. Prior experience includes roles as International Business Co-ordinator and Property and Casualty Underwriter at Allianz Insurance from September 2008 to November 2016. Phil McDowell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Technology from The University of Edinburgh, earned from 2000 to 2004.
