Tamara Jolkina

Tamara Jolkina has extensive experience in business management and operations support, currently serving as Business Manager (Executive Support) at RSA since July 2011. In this role, Tamara oversees the COO and IT Director's schedules, facilitates visitor management, and organizes travel logistics. Previously, Tamara held positions such as PMO and Operations Coordinator for the COO function, where responsibilities included managing COO office reporting and communications across multiple sites in Ireland, and as a Project Management Officer, aiding various teams in document preparation and workflows. Tamara began their career at OSG as an Office Administrator, providing administrative support in the Claims division. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University College Dublin and completed studies at St. Conleth's College.
