Aarti Paradkar has a strong background in market research and insights. Aarti has recently worked as an Associate Director Insights & Analytics at RSB Insights & Analytics. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Customized Intelligence at NielsenIQ. Before joining NielsenIQ, Aarti worked at Nielsen in various roles, including Consumer Insights Manager in the automotive and healthcare sectors. Aarti also has experience in marketing and research, having worked as a Manager - Marketing at Interlink Marketing Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and as a Research Associate at the same company. Aarti began their career as a Management Intern in market research at Sanofi.
Aarti Paradkar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Life-Sciences from the University of Mumbai in 2009. Aarti went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Marketing (Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Management), at IES MCRC in Mumbai from 2009 to 2011. In 2023, Aarti completed a Global Certificate in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from INSAID ACCREDIAN, and also earned a Certificate in Digital Marketing - A Strategic Perspective from CDME. Aarti has additional certifications in Brand Strategy from CDME and as a Certified Trainer from Nielsen. Currently, they are pursuing an Advanced Certified Lactation Professional (ACLP) certification from BeginEd India and has also achieved Spanish Advanced Level proficiency from RFLC. Additionally, Aarti has participated in the Maharashtra State Softball Championship organized by the Maharashtra State Softball Association.
