James Dwight

Geologist at RSC

James Dwight is a geologist with a background in baking and culinary arts. James has worked as a Baker at Shelly Bay Baker and Leeds Street Bakery, where James also served as Head Baker. Prior to transitioning into geology, James worked as a Sous Chef at The Larder and LE METROPOLITAIN. James is currently employed as a Geologist at RSC Mining & Mineral Exploration. James holds a MSc in Structural Geology, a BSc Honours in Geology, and a BSc in Geology from Victoria University of Wellington, as well as a Cordons Bleus Grande Diplome in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Silwood School of Cookery. James completed their secondary education at Rondebosch Boys’ High School.
