Helen Li

Helen Li is Tax Director of RSE Ventures. Prior to joining RSE in 2020, Helen was Tax Controller of TowerBrook Capital, a Private Equity firm that invests in large and midsize companies in various sectors such as heath care, financial services, industrials, and telecommunication technologies. Prior to TowerBrook Capital, Helen spent eight years as Senior Tax Manager at Eton Park Capital LP, a hedge fund invested in fixed income and derivatives.

Helen spent over seven years at PricewaterhousCoopers, where she served several types of clients from a global marketing communication company to venture capital and hedge funds. Helen started her career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where she specialized in state and local tax.

Helen holds a BA in Accounting from Baruch College, CUNY and a Master degree in Taxation from Fordham University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of AICPA.
