Kathleen Paylor

Kathleen Paylor serves as Vice President of Impact Investing and Philanthropy at RSF Social Finance since September 2023, previously holding the role of Senior Philanthropic Advisor and Director of Philanthropic Investments at FoodCorps from November 2015 to September 2023. Paylor has extensive experience in philanthropic leadership and investment consulting, with positions such as CEO of Conscious Capital, Chief Strategy Officer at COMMON LLC, and Chief Strategy and Investment Officer for Dan Pallotta. Additionally, Paylor has held significant roles at Root Capital, Sage Hill School, and The Task Force, alongside a lengthy tenure at Ketchum Inc.
