Caleb Roberts

Caleb Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as Sr. Team Lead at RTS Financial since August 2020, Caleb leads a team of over 20 salespersons, previously holding the position of Team Lead and managing a smaller team while growing a personal book of business. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager, where Caleb expanded business through client engagement and niche market development. Before joining RTS Financial, Caleb served as a Commercial Insurance Broker at CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc., and held a Digital Sales Executive position at DexYP. Additionally, Caleb was a member of the National Millennial Community, contributing to discussions aimed at reshaping perceptions of the millennial generation. An early start in the professional realm included a summer internship focused on sales, accounting, and marketing at Soli Printing and Continental Steel Fabrication. Education was pursued at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
