Before joining State Farm®, Michael worked at American Equity Mortgage as the Operations Manager for Mortgage and Home Equity Fulfillment. Michael managed organization-wide mortgage operations and drove the fulfillment of $3 billion in loan volume. Prior to that, they held various roles within the company, including Processing Manager and Processing Supervisor/Mortgage Underwriter.

Michael began their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Creve Coeur Mortgage Assoc and also worked as a Mortgage Processor at Corporate Mortgage Services.
