Bishoy Kelleny, Ph.D

Bishoy Kelleny, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of transportation engineering and research. Bishoy currently works as a Consultant at RSG - Resource Systems Group, Inc., where they focus on advanced travel demand models, multimodal transportation analytics, and discrete choice modeling. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Transportation Engineer and a Transportation Engineer at Hampton Roads Planning District Commission from 2020 to 2022. Bishoy also worked as a Research Assistant at Old Dominion University from 2018 to 2021, and as a Research Intern at the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) in 2019. Bishoy Kelleny, Ph.D. has an extensive education history in the field of civil engineering, with a focus on transportation planning and traffic engineering. Bishoy obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from Suez Canal University in the years 2003 to 2008.

In 2012 to 2014, Bishoy pursued a Master's Degree at the University of Stuttgart, specializing in Infrastructure Planning with a focus on Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering.

Recently, from 2018 to 2022, Bishoy attended Old Dominion University, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering. Their doctoral research focused on the field of Transportation within the broader discipline of Civil Engineering.
