Galina S. Leiphart, PE, ENV SP has an extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Galina S. Leiphart, PE, ENV SP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1994. Galina S. then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, completing it in 1997. Galina has obtained various certifications, including Professional Engineer (PE) from the Montana Department of Labor & Industry, Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, State of Colorado, State of Oregon, State of Wyoming, and State of Washington. Galina S. has also received the ENV SP certification from the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure.
