James W. Hullett

As the National Leader for Transportation-Infrastructure, Jim is responsible for overseeing $150 million is sales, $90 million in net service revenue, and managing a workforce of 450 associates located in 20 offices across eight states. He has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry having split his career in both the public and private sectors. During his 16-year tenure at RS&H, Jim has held several key leadership roles, proving instrumental in the establishment of RS&H’s presence in Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. Jim actively participates in professional organizations, such as ACEC, ARTBA, AASHTO, DBIA and IBTTA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
