Melannie Wright

Melannie Wright has extensive experience in business development and marketing within the engineering and architecture industry. Melannie has held various leadership roles at RS&H, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, where they directed client development activities and drove sales growth in multiple markets. Additionally, they served as a Senior Business Development Representative at RS&H, focusing on design-build pursuits and cultivating relationships with clients. Prior to their time at RS&H, Melannie worked as the National Marketing/Business Development Manager for Gannett Fleming's Alternative Delivery Group, where they promoted the firm's services for design-build and P3 projects. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at HNTB, managing complex transportation pursuits and overseeing proposal development.

Melannie Wright, Assoc. DBIA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from UCF College of Business in 2003. In 2014, they acquired the certification of Associate DBIA Professional from the Design-Build Institute of America.
