Radha Krishna Swayampakala has a diverse work experience primarily in the transportation and infrastructure industry. They started their career as a Transportation Engineer at RS&H in 2003 and later became a Project Manager. Their roles within the company continued to grow, and they eventually became the Traffic/Planning Group Leader and then the North Carolina Transportation-Infrastructure Office Leader. In 2017, Swayampakala became the Vice President of the Transportation-Infrastructure Office and later took on the role of the Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Division. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and East Region Project Delivery Leader for RS&H. Before joining RS&H, Swayampakala worked as a Teaching/Research Assistant at UNC Charlotte from 2001 to 2002.
Radha Krishna Swayampakala completed a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kakatiya University, from 1996 to 2000. They also earned several professional certifications, including the Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) from ITE in April 2011, and Professional Engineer (PE) certifications from various institutions in 2006, 2008, and 2008 respectively.
