Marina Guerrero

Marina Guerrero has a strong background in operations, strategic planning, and supply chain management. Marina currently holds the position of Operations Director at RSI México. Prior to this, they worked as the Strategic Planning Director at the same company. Before joining RSI México, Marina worked as the Manager of Materials Management at Poly, where they held the role for almost three years. Marina also has experience working as the Materials & Planning Sr. Manager and Materials Manager at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. Marina's previous roles include Supply Chain Manager at Zodiac Aerospace, Supply Chain & Planning Manager at Medtronic, and various roles including Logistics Manager and Focus Factory Manager at Covidien. Marina has a strong track record in managing and optimizing supply chain processes and has extensive experience in materials management.

Marina Guerrero obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Culiacan, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Marina has also acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2023, Marina received the "Certificación Internacional en Coaching Ejecutivo y de Equipos" from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
