Caroline Victoria Ross has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Florist at Ashford Flowers Limited. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Assistant at HMV Retail Ltd, where they demonstrated excellent customer service and sales techniques. Caroline Victoria then worked as a Waitress at Jane's up stairs, where they provided customer service, managed orders, and ensured clean and tidy tables. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Surrey Interiors Ltd, handling administrative tasks. In 2011, they also pursued their passion for music as a Harpist.
In 2016, Caroline joined RSL Awards as an Exam Officer, responsible for exam-related tasks. Caroline Victoria later became an Office Manager, overseeing various office operations such as risk assessment, health and safety assessment, and staff training. During their tenure, they maintained official documents, managed office access controls, and handled company phones and laptops. Caroline Victoria was then promoted to the role of Senior Exams Officer, contributing to the development and maintenance of the RSL Exam Officer Handbook and training new Exams Officers. Currently, they serve as an Operations Co-Ordinator (Exams) at RSL Awards.
Caroline Victoria Ross has a diverse education history. In 1994, they completed their high school education at St David's Girls School, where they achieved 10 GCSE qualifications. Caroline Victoria then went on to pursue further education, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they also gained knowledge in Music Theory and Composition at ABRSM in 2011 and Harp Performance at ABRSM in 2010. Additionally, they completed the Duke of Edinburgh award in Walking from 2009 to 2014. Caroline furthered their education by pursuing a Master's Degree in Music Performance, specifically in Harp, again at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2014 to 2015. In 2018, they completed a program in Harp Performance at ABRSM.
Aside from their formal education, Caroline Victoria Ross has also obtained various certifications throughout their professional career. These include a Feline First Aid Diploma from the Centre of Excellence in April 2022, as well as certifications in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel at different levels from Souters Training in January 2021. Caroline Victoria also holds certifications in Office Management and Business Law from Souters Training, Basic Excel from ExcelWithBusiness, Project Management for PAs from Souters Training, and a DBS Enhanced Certificate from DBS, all obtained in 2019. Moreover, they have completed courses in various topics such as First Aid, Risk Assessment, Appraisals, Unconscious Bias for Managers, Fire Safety, and Life Support with Automated External Defibrillator usage, among others.
