Steve Thomas

Steve Thomas currently serves as the Chief Property Officer at RSL LifeCare Limited, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Steve was the Deputy Project Director at Sydney Metro from October 2021 to October 2023. Steve's extensive experience at Lendlease spanned nearly three decades, where leadership positions included Head of Integrated Solutions, Head of Delivery for Property, and General Manager. Responsibilities included oversight of a $4.0 billion portfolio, development of residential projects, and management of large-scale initiatives such as the Athletes Village for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UNSW and completed the Senior Leadership Development Program at INSEAD in 2013. Additional educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
