Shane Reardon

Shane Reardon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise strategy and M&A advisory roles. Currently serving as a Manager of Enterprise Strategy at RSM since November 2021, Shane leads initiatives focusing on process improvements and digital transformations for middle-market clients across various industries. Prior to this role, Shane was an M&A Advisory Senior Associate at PwC, where responsibilities included overseeing deal life cycle phases and delivering strategic insights through data analysis. Shane's career commenced at Deloitte, where roles included Audit Senior and involvement in financial audits across multiple sectors. Shane holds an MBA in Consulting and Corporate Finance from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Master's in Accounting from Boston College and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from Roger Williams University.
