Dace Harris

Dace Harris is a Director in the Sydney office and the National Head of Business Advisory.

He has over 24 years of experience in the field of accounting and business advisory and joined RSM after the firm’s 2006 merger with Bentleys MRI.

Dace has experience with various internationally owned clients. Internally he has been the project sponsor on several internal cloud transitions for internal practice. Dace led the National shift to an online document management platform across all entities to continue to work towards building a paperless office across the country.

Dace was also heavily involved with the Xero Project, implementing all offices on the Xero Work Papers and Tax platform. The bulk of this project was done remotely during 2020 in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dace’s current project is the shift of internal Practice Management solution to GreatSoft which is the biggest internal project at RSM.
