Jane Richardson

Jane Richardson is a seasoned professional in organisational development and learning, currently serving as Senior Organisational Development Manager at RSM Australia since March 2017, following a role as OD & Learning Manager. Prior to this, Jane worked at Reed Smith LLP from March 2015 to December 2016 as a Learning & Development Officer, where responsibilities included designing and evaluating training programs for fee earners and business services staff. Jane's earlier experience as an HR Analyst in Learning & Development at Lehman Brothers International (Europe) involved collaborating with the HR Executive Director to create comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee development. Jane holds a Master's degree in Personnel and Development from De Montfort University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Staffordshire.
