Lou Rishchynski

Lou Rishchynski has over 30 years of experience in business development and sales. Lou currently works as the Director of Business Development at RSM Canada, where they help middle market businesses succeed by providing audit, tax, and consulting services. Prior to this, they held similar roles at Ayming, Ryan, and Definitive Consulting Services. Lou also has experience in international business development, having worked as the Director of International Business Development at Canada Post Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong track record of developing relationships with clients and driving growth.

Lou Rishchynski began their education at John H. Glenn High School from 1972 to 1976. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at the University of Windsor from 1976 to 1979. Later, in 2009, Lou obtained a Certificate in Strategic Planning from Queen's University.
