Robert Jüngling

Robert Juchnicki is a skilled machine learning engineer currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Figma, focusing on machine learning for search quality and ranking since July 2024. Prior to this, Robert worked at Noom Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in machine learning, contributing to the development of a machine learning platform that supported various AI applications from May 2021 to June 2024. Robert's experience also includes a tenure at Google from August 2015 to April 2021, where enhancements to search result page quality were made, along with the launch of new search experiences.
