Kadhija Njoya Fongod is a knowledgeable professional in climate change and environmental science, currently serving as a Climate Change Project Manager at RSPB since May 2023, where responsibilities include embedding climate change considerations into various portfolios and supporting adaptation efforts across reserves and operations. Previously, Kadhija worked as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Cyient, contributing to the Rural Payment Agency project through the analysis and digitization of land changes. As a Climate-Smart Livestock Specialist at The World Bank, Kadhija acted as a liaison between governmental ministries and research institutions in Cameroon, efficiently managing stakeholder engagement and translating during meetings. Kadhija’s career began with a Research Internship at the Livestock Development Project, applying GLEAM-i tools to estimate greenhouse gas emissions in cattle production systems.
