Kimberley Pearson

Kimberley Pearson possesses extensive experience in conservation finance and project development, currently serving as Head of Grants, Planning and Development at RSPB since August 2017. Kimberley has held various roles at RSPB, including Senior Partnerships Manager for Conservation Investment and Project Development Manager for Carbon, focusing on raising funding for nature-based solutions. Previous positions include Grants and Development Manager and Landscape-scale Conservation Officer at RSPB, along with roles at lastminute.com, British Airways, KLM, and TUI in operational and support capacities. Education includes a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford, Master’s and MSc degrees from Anglia Ruskin University in Applied Wildlife Conservation and Sustainability, a Bachelor of Science in Geoscience from The Open University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of the West of England.
