Dick Hoag

Dick Hoag has a diverse and extensive work experience in the asset management industry. Dick is currently the Managing Director of Asset Management at RSR Partners, a consultancy founded by Russell S. Reynolds, Jr. In this role, they lead a team of search professionals across all industry sectors.

Before joining RSR Partners, Dick was a Senior Partner at Corinthian Cove Consulting, where they provided strategic and tactical consulting to financial services companies in the institutional investment management sector. Dick also focused on identifying value propositions and employee development.

Prior to that, they worked at Sawgrass Asset Management as a Senior Institutional Sales and Client Service representative. At Sawgrass, they were responsible for business development and client service for corporations, endowments, and foundations.

Dick's experience also includes being the Managing Partner/President of the North American subsidiary of Liontrust Asset Management PLC. In this role, they established the first North American office and operations for business development, client service, and strategic partnership acquisitions.

Before their time at Liontrust Asset Management, Dick was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where they co-headed institutional sales and client service. Dick worked on implementing distribution platforms, managing sales and service teams, and coordinating cross-selling efforts with other divisions.

Dick has also held positions at Gartmore Asset Management as the Head of US Institutional Business Development and at Bankers Trust Investment Management as the Head of Institutional Sales. At Gartmore, they led the US hedge fund effort and supported North American ALPHA GEN strategies. At Bankers Trust, they managed business development teams and received recognition for asset growth.
