Luz Rivera-Kane

Luz Rivera-Kane has extensive experience in finance and administration. Luz currently works as the Finance Director at RSR Partners, where they are responsible for managing finance accounting and reporting, overseeing invoicing for clients in the US and Japan, and supervising client accounts. Prior to their current role, Luz worked at BDP Co. (US) Inc. / BII, NV for several years in various positions. As the Assistant Controller of Global Operations, they directed and oversaw all aspects of the office, managed daily operations, and ensured accuracy in journal entries and reconciliation of accounts. Luz also worked part-time as an Administrator for First Step, Big Step / Primero Lo Primero US while at BDP, where they managed accounting operations and financial reporting. In their earlier years at BDP, Luz served as an Administrator, overseeing all aspects of the office and managing customer service issues. Luz began their career at BDP as the Global Office Manager, providing administrative support to the CEO and handling financial record-keeping and reporting.

Luz Rivera-Kane obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General and Spanish, from The College of New Rochelle between 1992 and 1996. In 2019, they also completed a certification course on Pitching Yourself from LinkedIn.
