Kody Hoover

Kody Hoover has extensive work experience in ecommerce and retail sales. Kody is currently the Director of Ecommerce at RST Brands, where they implemented improvements that resulted in a sales growth of over 30 million in 2022. Kody is responsible for managing sales channels across various platforms including Rstbrands.com, COSTCO, Home Depot, and more.

Prior to their current role, Kody was the Founder, Partner, and Chairman of Gravity Coalition, a freeride shop in Midway, Utah. Kody and their wife started the shop and were involved in retail sales, service, and ecommerce.

Before that, Kody worked at IBOATS as the Ecommerce Director and VP of Merchandising and Operations, where they oversaw a large team and was responsible for improving the site's merchandising and ecommerce strategy.

Kody also served as the Ecommerce Manager Americas at Salomon, where they played a crucial role in growing the company's ecommerce business from $0 to over $300 million annually.

Kody started their career at Backcountry, where they held the position of Sr. Merchandising Planning Manager. Kody was instrumental in the company's rapid growth, managing a large inventory and leading a team that contributed to the company's revenue growth from $25 million to over $400 million.

Kody Hoover holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from Utah State University. Kody also pursued further education at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, where they obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree.
