Shannon Hagerty

Shannon Hagerty is a customer success rep at RStudio. Shannon has also worked as a science librarian, researcher, and research assistant. Shannon's experience includes creating and leading workshops on R and Python, consulting on researchers' data analysis projects, researching how soil carbon models can be improved by incorporating microbial physiology, designing and conducting experiments that assess how soil microbes allocate carbon, using R and MATLAB to fit experimental data to models for model selection and parameter estimation, and using metabolic flux analysis to assess changes in microbial carbon metabolism. Shannon has also interned in a biogeochemistry lab.
