Hsin Lin

Hsin Lin has over 8 years of work experience in the packaging industry. Hsin began their career in 2013 as a Senior Designer and Product Manager at Baltic Linen. In 2015, they became a Packaging Project Manager at Town and Country Living, where they managed the packaging process and communicated with key stakeholders throughout the design to launch process. In 2016, they joined Idea Nuova, Inc. as a Packaging Designer and Project Manager. In 2017, they became a Packaging Specialist at Homewear Linens. In 2018, they moved to VaynerMedia as a Packaging Art Director. In 2019, they joined Odin Fashion Corporation as an Art Director and also became a Packaging Art Director at Ralph Lauren. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Packaging Director at Ralph Lauren, focusing on Furniture, Lighting, and Home.

Hsin Lin attended Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Industrial and Product Design.
