Celestine Thornhill

Celestine Thornhill, MSA, currently serves as the Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting at the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois, where responsibilities include overseeing accounting professionals, directing financial reporting, managing audits, and ensuring accurate monthly and annual closings.
