Andrzej Surkont

Andrzej Surkont has extensive work experience in various industries. Andrzej started their career as an intern at Alior Bank S.A. in 2010. Andrzej then went on to work as an intern in the Macroeconomic Analyses Department at Bank BGZ in 2011. Immediately after, they interned in the Global Business Services Department at IBM. In 2012, they joined ING as an intern in the Credit Department for Strategic Clients. At the same time, they also started working at IBM as a Junior Consultant. In 2014, they became a Strategy & Analytics Consultant at IBM, and in 2016, they were promoted to Senior Consultant in the same department. In 2017, Andrzej joined Avaloq as a Business & Technical Consultant. From 2018 onwards, they have been working at RTB House, initially as a Platform Integration Manager. Andrzej then moved on to become the Head of Global Inventory Business Development and is currently serving as the Director of Global Inventory Partnerships.

Andrzej Surkont completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on IT from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in 2023. Prior to their MBA, they pursued postgraduate studies in Databases and their applications from the same institution from 2015 to 2016. Andrzej also holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they earned between 2011 and 2013. Andrzej obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university, completing it from 2008 to 2011. Before their university education, Andrzej attended III LO im. Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni from 2006 to 2008, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In terms of certifications, Andrzej has obtained several qualifications including Kanban Management Professional I from Kanban University in 2022, Team Kanban Practitioner from Kanban University in 2021, Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2021, DIMAQ - Professional Digital Marketing Qualifications from IAB in 2019, and Avaloq Certified Professional from Avaloq in 2015.
