Mike Dedo

Mike Dedo is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Accounting Controller at RTD Construction, Inc. since December 2023, Mike previously held accounting positions at Dynasty Building Solutions, Mission Health Communities, and several others, amassing a comprehensive skill set in financial reporting, budget preparation, and property management. With a strong foundation in accounting demonstrated through significant contributions at WinnCompanies, HARBOR MANAGEMENT, and Eastern Bank, Mike has also shown leadership in training new accountants and managing financial operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Salem State University and ongoing pursuit of a Master's degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
