Kelly McNeill, CPA,CA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Starting in 1996, Kelly worked as the Manager of Production Costing and Disbursements at Motor Coach Industries - Reliability Driven.

In 1997, Kelly joined Haworth and held various roles including General Manager and VP Finance, VP Project Services. In these roles, Kelly led the North American Project Services group, overseeing field installations for interior construction projects. Kelly also handled core finance and administrative functions such as corporate accounting, strategic planning and development, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury and capital markets.

In 2009, Kelly became the Executive VP Finance & Chief Financial Officer at IMRIS, where they managed finance functions, handled legal and contract management, risk management, regulatory affairs, investor relations, and information technology.

From 2006 to 2009, Kelly served as the Chief Financial Officer at Resverlogix Corp., responsible for overall management of finance functions, external financial reporting, taxation, treasury and capital markets, budget and forecast, management reporting and analysis, legal and contract management, risk management and control, regulatory and compliance affairs, investor relations, and human resources.

In 2013, Kelly joined Zenith Epigenetics Corp. as a member of the Board of Directors.

Finally, since May 2018, Kelly has been the Chief Executive Officer of RTDS Technologies Inc. while also serving as the Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer since September 2014.

Kelly McNeill, CPA, CA began their educational journey at the University of Manitoba where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management in 1991. They then pursued their Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Manitoba, which was completed in 1992. Following this, Kelly furthered their education at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant - Alberta.
