KIFOULY Issam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of telecommunications, cybersecurity, and engineering. As the Founder and CEO of UbiShield since February 2024, KIFOULY specializes in providing expertise in IT and industrial systems design, maintenance, and security. Prior to this role, KIFOULY served as a Senior Business Project Manager and Networks Architect at RTE International, focusing on energy sector innovations and best practices. Other significant positions include a Senior R&D Engineer at GE Renewable Energy, where leadership in digital substation architecture was demonstrated, and extensive roles at GE Grid Solutions, Schneider Electric, and several engineering firms, showcasing a diverse background in automation, power quality, and project integration. KIFOULY holds an Executive MBA from MBS School of Business and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from École Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar.
