Emily Bratlee-Whitaker, PhD, RN, serves as a Senior Research Scientist in Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment at RTI Health Solutions since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Penn State University and a Robert Wood Johnson Future of Nursing Postdoctoral Fellow at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation from October 2021 to June 2022. Previously, Emily was a Robert Wood Johnson Future of Nursing Scholar and a Graduate Research Assistant in gerontology at Penn State University from August 2018 to May 2021. Earlier in the career, Emily worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the Intensive Coronary Care Unit at Geisinger Health System. Emily holds a PhD in Nursing Science, a Master of Science in Nursing Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University.
