Christiane Konrad

Christiane Konrad has extensive work experience in the field of CRM and customer care. Christiane is currently the Vice President of CRM & Customer Care at Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland since August 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as the Head of CRM & Marketing Fashion from December 2015 to July 2018.

Before joining Amazon, Christiane held various roles at E-Plus Gruppe, starting as the Head of CRM from October 2008 to July 2011, and later becoming the Director of Retail from August 2011 to November 2015.

Christiane'scareer in CRM started in 2002, when they worked as a CRM Manager for diverse companies in the B2C sector until September 2008.

Christiane Konrad attended FH Münster from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Betriebswirtschaft (Business Administration). In 2001, they briefly studied at Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens) but did not obtain a degree. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, focusing on Management und VWL (Management and Economics).
