Jessica Wahl

Jessica Wahl is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as Teamlead Talent Acquisition at RTL Deutschland since May 2020. In this role, Jessica oversees up to 10 team members, manages budgets, and enhances recruitment processes, including the development of a KPI dashboard from scratch. Jessica has also led HR marketing initiatives, such as launching a new career site and employer branding campaigns, as well as facilitating seminars and workshops focused on team building and employee development. Prior experience includes roles at Robert Walters, TECOSIM Group, and Carglass® Germany, where responsibilities encompassed corporate function recruitment, HR marketing project involvement, and business analytics for marketing campaigns. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economic Psychology from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completed in 2020.
