Vanessa Faltinowski

Vanessa Faltinowski is currently a Werkstudentin HR at RTL Deutschland, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Vanessa gained experience as an HR-Assistant and completed an Ausbildung zur Personaldienstleistungskauffrau at Heidrun Jürgens Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, from August 2020 to January 2023. Vanessa's earlier experience includes working as a Schulassistentin at Sophie-Scholl-Gymnasium and obtaining an Abitur in Fachrichtung Wirtschaft from RBZ Steinburg, Wirtschaftsgymnasium. Vanessa is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Betriebswirtschaft & Wirtschaftspsychologie at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, expected to complete in 2026.
