Anibal Pimentel Aquino

Anibal Pimentel Aquino currently serves as the Head of IT Internal Audit at RTL Group, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Anibal was the Group IT Audit Manager at International Airlines Group (IAG) from March 2021 to July 2024. Anibal's career in IT audit began at PwC España, where roles included IT Audit Senior Manager and IT Audit Manager from April 2017 to February 2021, and previously at PwC Interaméricas from August 2009 to March 2017 as Gerente de Auditoría de Sistemas y Procesos. Early career experience includes serving as a Dell Consumer Tech Support agent at Stream Global Services. Anibal obtained an M.B.A. from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes and holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Católica de El Salvador, along with additional certification in COBIT 5.
