Peter Flach

Peter Flach serves as the Head of People & Culture at RTO GmbH since January 2022 and has been involved with IHK Frankfurt am Main in various committee roles since December 2021. Prior to the current role, Peter Flach worked at RTO GmbH from May 2016 to November 2021 as an HR Business Partner and Personalreferent. Peter Flach began a career in the automotive industry as a Kfz-Mechaniker at Autohaus Kunzmann from September 2005 to February 2009. Academically, Peter Flach holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Technische Universität Darmstadt and obtained a Fachwirt in Personalkaufmann from Ausbilder-Akademi-Frankfurt in December 2021.
