Grzegorz Bracisiewicz

Grzegorz Bracisiewicz is a Product Development Engineer at RTP Company since February 2023, specializing in innovative product solutions. Previously, Grzegorz worked at Rawlplug from September 2018 to January 2023 as an R&D Engineer, leading the establishment of a research laboratory in a foreign branch and developing production technologies for chemical anchors, while also optimizing costs and processes. Prior experience includes a role as a laboratory technician at Rawlplug, focusing on quality control of polymer resin-based products, and a brief internship at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where Grzegorz gained hands-on experience in polymer composite manufacturing and strength testing.
