Jessica Niesing Phr

Jessica Niesing has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles and organizations. Jessica is currently the Director of Human Resources: US Operations at RTP Company since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kaplan Professional from April 2020 to September 2020. From 2014 to 2020, they had a long tenure at Multi-Color Corporation, where they held positions such as Regional Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Before that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2012 to 2014, a Benefits Coordinator at Spectrum Insurance Group from 2011 to 2012, and a Human Resources Representative at SourceCut Industries, Inc from 2011 to 2011.

Jessica Niesing, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jessica also completed an Interpreter Training Program with a focus on American Sign Language at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Additionally, Jessica has obtained several certifications to further their professional expertise. In 2013, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In 2010, they also earned an Advanced Business Communication Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
