Kaylee Beyer

Kaylee Beyer is currently a Product Development Engineer at RTP Company since May 2022, having previously served as a Product Development Engineer Intern. Prior experience includes an internship at Design by Natural Processes from November 2020 to December 2021 and a role as an Assistant Cross Country Ski Coach at Winona Area Public Schools from November 2019 to March 2021, where coaching focused on 7th-12th grade nordic skiers of various skill levels. During a summer internship at Renewal by Andersen in 2020, Kaylee contributed to organization by digitalizing paper files. Kaylee is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Composite Materials Engineering and ACS Materials Chemistry at Winona State University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
