Manish Kandpal

Manish Kandpal is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in plastics and polymer engineering. Currently serving as an Application Development Engineer and Technical Support Engineer at RTP Company since January 2016, Manish specializes in new product applications and technical support for engineered thermoplastic compounds. Previous roles include Molding Manager at Mueller Systems, where oversight of injection molding operations was key, and Senior Plastics Engineer at TE Connectivity, leading a successful product migration project. Additional experience includes a Marketing Development Manager position at GE Plastics/SABIC Innovative Plastics and various engineering roles at AMP Incorporated/Tyco Electronics and DuPont Electronics.
