Robert T. Reilly

Robert T. Reilly has been in the collections industry for over 40 years. From 1977 to 1996, he was the Office Administrator for Margolin & Meltzer, a law firm specializing in healthcare collections. In 1996, Reilly joined EE&C Financial Services, Inc. as Vice-President of Operations where his responsibilities included overseeing all collection operations.

Backed by his expertise in healthcare accounts receivable management, Mr. Reilly founded RTR Financial Services, Inc. in 1998. With a reputation for getting results through effective recovery programs and a staff of industry experts, RTR now provides collection services to some of the largest hospitals and organizations in the New York metropolitan area. These institutions continue to realize healthier financial futures through the use of RTR's proprietary revenue management solutions, with Mr. Reilly overseeing every aspect of development.

Mr. Reilly continues to lead RTR's expansion from healthcare collections to broader markets. In 2012, his efforts culminated in signing the Traffic and ParkingViolations Agency for Nassau County, Long Island (one of the top 12 wealthiest counties in the nation).
